Save money and time – we’ll waive the $3.50 processing fee, plus you avoid waiting on-hold! For added convenience, you can choose to pay by check or credit card. It’s simple, just dial 877-654-1414 and have your account number and payment option ready!

Set up a recurring payment

Grande also has the option for you to set up a recurring payment so you don’t have to worry about paying over-the-phone, mailing in a check or incurring late fees.  Just visit www.grandecom.net and click on the ebill tab at the top right-hand side to go to the account management page to set up your recurring payment.
