Why on earth would I refer anyone to a substandard Phone/Inet/Cable provider??? I have tried oh yes for so long to love Grande and I just can’t. If you would like to try to convince me otherwise go for it. I have been on hold for 47 minutes THIS TIME THIS WEEK just in order to watch TV, not very happy. Anyone have any suggestions for a company with better customer service and well…..just plain service?
